Frequently asked questions

How often will my subscription be delivered?

You can choose delivery every 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 1 month. Your order will repeat automatically on the schedule you pick.

How does billing work?

Your subscription renews at the same interval you selected at checkout. The card you saved will be charged at each renewal unless you update it in your account.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, skip, modify or cancel any time from your customer account. Any changes apply to your next billing cycle.

What if I’ve already been charged?

Changes you make won’t reverse a payment that has already been processed. They’ll take effect on your next order.

Will I be notified before my order renews?

Yes. You’ll receive an email with your upcoming order details before each renewal. Make sure your email address is up to date so you don’t miss it.

What happens if my payment fails?

We’ll try the charge again. If it still doesn’t go through, your subscription may be paused until your payment details are updated.

Does shipping cost extra?

Shipping fees apply to subscription deliveries unless stated otherwise.

How do I update my payment or address details?
